Preparing your property:

For many people, preparing your holiday home for renting can be an overwhelming task. Many people don’t realise how much they could be making in extra income, helping the house to pay for itself and benefiting from the extra income.
At Weekenda, this is our specialty. We have the skills, networks and knowledge to get your home photographed, styled, and listed on multiple portals.  We manage the marketing and advertising, ensure your home is always represented in the best way, to ensure maximum return.


Managing your bookings:

We take care of all the communication with the holidaymakers, and arrange all the details for their stay. Our Outbound Reservations Specialists operate 14hrs a day / 7 days week / 365 days a year which means that we are taking bookings for your home while our competitors are sleeping.
We also respond to all enquiries from bookings, to maintenance, cleaning & grounds & gardens care.


Managing the stay:

We handle all guest enquiries about your home and co-ordinate bookings on your behalf. We can arrange cleaners after each booking, or you can use your own, ensuring the property is always clean and ready for any last minute bookings. We communicate any maintenance needed on the property to ensure your property is staying in the best condition for guests.
We work with you to learn everything about your property and put it into a handy guest guide. Everything from using the TV, how to use the air conditioning to local cafes & restaurants, which really makes a guest feel cared for.
