General Manager of Operations - Zen Master Jen. With a rich background spanning 25 years in the hospitality industry, Jen's career journey began at Domino's Pizza, where she mastered the art of making a mean supreme. After 15 years in hotel management, she joined Weekenda and has since held various roles within the company. Starting in reservations, she then moved into revenue management before transitioning to her current role as General Manager in November 2021. Now, with over 9 years at Weekenda, Jen brings a wealth of experience to her role.

As General Manager, she helms our reservations team and oversees all operational aspects of our business. From managing client and guest relations, overseeing ground staff such as cleaning and handymen, to leading the Weekenda Property Management/Reservation team, Jen's role is all-encompassing. Known for consistently exceeding expectations through outstanding service, Jen is the person you want to get to know if you're considering coming on board with Weekenda!

With her passion, knowledge and dedication to the short-term rental industry, Jen continuously enriches the experience of our team and clients through hard-work, effective collaboration and a diligent approach to all business requirements. In 2022 Jen was awarded ASTRA's, Property Manager of the Year, an accolade most deserved to compliment her skill set.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending quality time with her two soccer-mad boys, embarking on family caravanning trips, and indulging in her love for baking and sushi.
